Return Policy/Refund
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received so we may have reasonable time to contact our vendor(s). For packages lost in transit or alternative option received not preferred : all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please have photo(s) of defect included in email, for they may be needed to evaluate policy options.
